We offer a 100% guarantee. If you are not happy with your product, send it back to us within 14 days of the date of purchase, in the original packaging and we will replace it for you!

Ordering and Payment

Order process

Simply browse the site and when you see a product you like click on the image or link to it.  When you're on the product page you'll find a more detailed description of the product and a larger image or two.   On the right hand side of the screen select your size from the drop down list and the colour if there is more than one option available, then click the 'add to cart' button.

You can then choose to continue shopping or 'go to checkout' where you can pay for your order by either direct credit into the Fashionfix bank account or by Visa or Mastercard.

Follow the prompts and fill in the required fields to finalise your order.  You will receive a confirmation email that your order has been completed.

Shipping

Once payment has been received your order will be dispatched within 3 working days by tracked courier.  You can expect to receive your purchase in up to 7 days from when you placed your order.  There will unfortunately always be the off chance that some unforseen and uncontrollable circumstance that could pop up to slow your order down but we will do our best to meet deadlines.

International Orders

If you are not in New Zealand or Australia, but fall in love with some of our clothes, we can't blame you!!  Please email your order to us by including your name, delivery address, email and phone number, and the name of the garment you wish to purchase, the size and colour.

You will receive a reply with instructions on how to pay for it at the gst-exclusive price, plus an additional shipping fee that will be determined based on your order.

Return Process

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please return your order to us with the completed returns slip provided. We are happy to exchange or refund the price you paid for the items provided they are in their original condition and are returned within 14 days of the ship date. Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment of your purchase.
We do not charge additional postage fees on exchanges. Please contact us by email immediately to let us know what item you would like to exchange your original purchase with so that we can hold it for you. If we are unable to provide a suitable exchange we shall treat it as a return.
We’ve got nothing but confidence in our products, however, if you feel that the item(s) you’ve received are faulty or not as ordered we will fully refund you for the item(s) and postage each way.
We offer no warranty – if you have worn the item then you may not exchange it or return it for a refund.

Personal information you provide to us whilst creating or updating your account and at checkout is maintained in private files and under no circumstances is your personal information disclosed, rented, sold, reused or loaned to any other companies. We may however use your account information and purchase history information for marketing initiatives and to help us improve our website presentation and your overall shopping experience.
We do need your email address to contact you regarding your order, however in accordance with Anti-spam legislation, if you do not wish to receive updates on new arrivals or sales we’re having, we shall not contact you by email with promotional information. In addition, if you have signed up to receive promotional emails and change your mind at any time, you may unsubscribe by by logging in toyour account and 'unsubscribe'
We use secure merchant facilities through Eftpos NZ.
FashionFix.co.nz may periodically update this Privacy and Security Policy for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed. Any changes made will be posted here. By visiting our website you agree to accept any changes made to this policy. 
If you do not feel comfortable using our online payment process, please email (info@fashionfix.co.nz) your order through, we will provide a bank account for you to direct credit your payment to.
