FABRIC - The whole skirt is cotton, with a couple of layers of lace within the tiered detailing.  Fully lined.

FIT - Sits mid waist - so flattering, it makes you wonder why we ever did the hipster thing!  A standard fit with regard to sizing, if anything on the larger size.
